Off to Sacramento around noon for about a week, going to hopefully see an old friend who has just returned after three years in east Texas. i'll also be seeing the woman whoose campaign I worked on last year, as she works up there now if her trial schedule (she's a Public Defender) permits. LSAT went well, I had good vibes all day, but I won't know if those feeling are acurate until the scores come out ten days from now. Basically I've been hanging out and writing four or five different personal statements for my law school applications. I'm applying to the following schools.
Boston Univ. School of Law
City Univ. of New York School of Law (Flushing, Queens)
DePaul Univ. College of Law (Chicago, Ill.)
Golden Gate Univ. School of Law (San Francisco, Calif.)
Lewis & Clark Coll. School of Law (Portland, Ore.)
Northeastern Univ. School of Law (Boston, Mass.)
Suffolk Univ. School of Law (Boston, Mass.)
Univ. of Calif., Los Angeles School of Law
Univ. of Calif., Berkeley (Boalt Hall)
Univ. of Calif., Davis (King Hall)
Univ. of Calif. Hastings College of the Law
Univ. of Maine School of Law (Portland, Me.)
My hope is to have the applications all done and in the mail just after New Years. On a totally unrealed and very cool note, Josh and I went to see the Bare Naked Ladies and we got seats in the very front row, when Steven was playing to the crowd he could have kicked me in the head easily LOL. I met him and he was very gracious, at the end of the show, Tyler, the drummer came down and gave me one of his drumsticks - I was so shocked I didn't even manage a thank you. It is displayed just inside my front door, in contrast Josh fell asleep during the show, he admitted he wasn't that into it. A happy holidays to all, and see you when I get back in about a weeks time.
